As a registered Charity we are required to follow stringent procedures in raising funds and dispersing them.
In handling donations and disbursing funds there will not be any administration charges except the required accountancy fees and/or any legal fees to prepare reports and accounts for the Charity Commissioners.
All the funds received will be used to help the victims of the war in Ukraine. Our primary objective is to meet the health needs of the victims.
We will work through Rotary colleagues in the affected areas whenever practical. We will also respond to genuine requests for help from other groups.
If there are any unspent funds it will be donated to the Rotary Foundation.
There will be total transparency in our financial record keeping. All financial records will be made available to donors if requested.
